How to Shop...
Using our shopping
cart at Moon Glow Candles & Supplies is very easy.
- Choose your item
and enter the quantity; then push the "add to cart" button. You will then see a message "Added to Cart."
- You may view your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the "View Cart" located on the top right of each page.
- You will be taken
to a page where you enter your zip code and your desired shipping
method. You will only have to enter this information once.
- To return to
the web page you were shopping from click on the link (left side column)
that says "Continue Shopping". This will take you quickly
back to the page where you last chose an item. You may also use your
back button.
- While viewing
the shopping cart you may adjust your order. Decide to order 2 instead
of 1 - just change the quantity and then click on the arrow. Did you
push the wrong item - make the quantity "0" and your cart
will delete the item!
- When you have
selected all the items you would like to order and are certain the
quantities are correct click on "Go To Checkout".
A window will
appear giving you payment options.
Fax (print
out order and then fax) - fax your order including your credit card number and expiration date to 605-717-1472. Or you may call us with your c/c details at 1-866-477-1408. You may also call us to place your order by phone.
Check/Money Order via US Postal Mail. Print out your order and then mail with your check or money order. (Checks take 10 business days to clear before we can ship your order.)

Card/PayPal Online- immediate payment
We currently except
the credit cards: Discover, American Express, MasterCard and Visa

You don't have to
use the shopping cart to mail an order but using this method results
in a printed order with the correct shipping charge. A faxed order always
includes a c/c# and can easily be adjusted, but an incorrect check amount
will create delays in processing your order.

If paying by check, it will take 10 business days from the date of deposit to clear our bank. Thus there is a waiting period before shipping this type of order. You should allow 3 weeks from the date you mail your check before we will be able to ship your order. If you want your order shipped sooner, please send a MO or call us with a credit card. Although Moon Glow
is not responsible for a package once it leaves our facility, we will
do everything we can to help with UPS losses. In the event your package
does not arrive on the date UPS has scheduled it to arrive, immediately
call us. and will start a trace on your package. UPS has an 8-business
day waiting period before declaring an unfound package as lost. Therefore,
it is very important to start a trace if your package does not arrive
on it's scheduled date of delivery. Once your package is considered
"lost", Moon Glow will reship your order to you and no extra
charge to you. Moon Glow will take care of filing the claim on any lost
package.
