Nature's
Aroma Crystals
1 lb. = approx. 1 1/2 cups
Step
1: Place aroma crystals in a strainer and quickly rinse. Then lay out on a towel to dry.
You can use a hair dryer if you want to speed up the process.
Step
3: Coloring and Scenting Crystals: You can color our crystals
with food coloring, FD&C coloring, or our Gel
Tone Colorants. We recommend you mix your fragrance and dye
in a ziploc baggie, then add crystals and work until all are coated.
If you are using food coloring or FD&C dye, you may want to
dilute it with a tiny amount of water.
You
will need several drops of the gel tone dye and approx. 2 grams
of fragrance oil for 1 cup of crystals.
After you mix them well, lay them out on foil to dry. You can use
a hair dryer to speed up the drying process.
Step
4: Place in a decorative dish and enjoy! You can also place
scented crystals on a plate surrounding a candle, mixed with potpourri,
or in a rock garden.
Tip: You can also color and scent crystals by saturating them with an
eye dropper or spraying them.
